Starting off with how my day was made, or TMMD,
no not Teenage Mutant Minja Durtles...
- "That Made My Day" -

Q: how many indie kids does it take to change a light bulb?
A: you've probably never heard of the number, its pretty obscure...

Thanks, to this journal

A time capsule mixtape to myself, for this time here 'bouts, would include:
"I Love A Snot" - Lisa Germano -- not a reference to Mrs. D

"Silver Apples" The Jeevas
"We Ain't Got Nothing Yet" Blues Magoos
"Wood Jackson" David Bowie
"Green Fingers" Siouxsie and the Banshees
"Big Time Sensuality" Plaid Mix Björk
"Gollum's Song" ft. Emily Torrini Howard Shore
"Cracklin' Water" OP8

I was asked to be "shadowed" at work by Jeremiah. He's 12, and is convinced that he wants to be a Graphic Designer. So, Friday he watched me work for a while and then we started "Dragon Death." This was all his idea. We used some found images from the net and made a very short Flash film. If you'd like to see it, go to Dragon Death.

Posting that link comes with a lot of anxiety. I'm sure he'll show this off with great pride to his teacher, parents and friends, but what will they think of the dolt that collaborated with Jeremiah? I appologize, and I feel I need to, for the content of the file, but the exercise was to illustrate what it would take to, make the film. Sorry, I'm typing this as if my back was to a corner.

Jeremiah said he, "had a blast," while talking to his mother on the phone. I guess that counts for quite a bit.

In Last.fm news, LG topped my Artist list, for the third week in a row. My next mix to be sent out may be
"Cowboys, Indians and Country Punks."
I'll post the tracklisting, when it is ready. I think I might go doodle now. tchau, meu
